When will my products be delivered?

We deliver on different days, depending on your location.  When you checkout on our website, you will select a delivery date and time window to expect your treats.  

Is there a delivery charge?

There is a charge for delivery based on location between $0 and $14.99.  Free delivery promotions may be available with a minimum purchase amount.  

What is the deadline for me to received my delivery this week?

All orders received by Tuesday at 11:59pm, will be delivered on Thursday, Friday or Saturday the same week.  

What delivery service does Sugar Daddies Bakery use?

Falcon Logistics is under contract to Sugar Daddies Bakery for all home delivery.  All orders are transported in refrigerated packaging or refrigerated trucks to maintain freshness and product stability.  Other third-party courier partners may be used from time-to-time. 

Why did my delivery days offered change?

We review our delivery routes on a regular basis.  With more of Ontario opening up after the Pandemic, we are noticing trends move away from home delivery.  The changes to delivery day are necessary to optimize delivery routes, and to be able to continue delivering products directly to your door.

What are my options if I live outside the delivery area?
